Long Biography

Caitlin is an architect, creative problem solver, and community builder.

She is a Project Architect at Ayers Saint Gross as well as a long-standing champion for diversity and inclusion within the profession of architecture. Professionally and personally, she is dedicated to the advancement of emerging professionals, focusing volunteer efforts largely with organizations such as her podcast for women+ in architecture, Architectette; ACE Mentors; and AIA/ Emerging Architect Committees that empower students, upcoming professionals, and less represented populations in architecture.

She has been recognized for her service with the Alpha Chi Rho Medal for Leadership and Service, 2023 AIA | DC Emerging Architect Award, and 2021 Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation Emerging Leader Award.

In addition to a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Drexel University and Project Management Certificate from Cornell University, Caitlin is USGBC LEED BD+C accredited and is a licensed architect in the State of Pennsylvania.

Caitlin Brady, AIA, LEED BD+C is a Project Architect and Associate at Ayers Saint Gross, specializing in higher education architecture. With 10+ years of experience, she has become a champion for diversity and inclusion in the profession as an ACE Mentor, volunteer on local AIA committees, and host/producer of Architectette, a biweekly podcast that amplifies the voices of women+ working in AEC industries. In 2023, Caitlin was awarded the AIA|DC Emerging Architect Award.
